The process of joining WKs is:

1. Application

You need to fill out an application correctly for us to contact you.

2. Training Discussion

You'll need to contact Ryan to set up a time for training. Training consists of an informal discussion on everything WK.

3. Training Simulations

You get to try out what you learned in the training chats with real people pretending to be visitors to AWNewbie.
