Terminology
Bot Caretaker refers to an official of the world who can receive messages from GuardBot. Bot Controller refers to the person(s) who can change the bot's options.
Bot Functions
This bot:
* Assists Public Speakers in maintaining a friendly building environment
* Acts as a Building Inspector for tourist objects, this in turn bypasses the ability of other tourists to delete or vandalize your work
